Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial construction, specifically I&E projects.
• Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion within timelines and budgets.
• Experience supervising electricians and instrument technicians.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of instrumentation and electrical projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.
