Job summary

Almost Family’s San Diego program seeks an experienced SLS/ILS Program Manager to lead growth, quality and compliance for the San Diego supported living program. You will supervise DSPs, manage person-centered planning, and maintain strong liaison with SDRC coordinators.

Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory adherence, growing referrals, and coordinating intake to service start. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus California driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in SLS/ILS for adults with developmental disabilities.
• One year minimum supervising Direct Support Professionals.
• Experience growing a caseload or program through referrals.
• Knowledge of Regional Center system, Title 17 regulations, IPP process, and person-centered planning.
• Strong written communication for plans and reports.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background clearance.
• Experience with SDP, SDRC coordination, and bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly census growth targets for SLS and respite services.
• Develop and maintain referral relationships with SDRC service coordinators and partners.
• Respond to referrals within one business day and ensure seamless intake to service start.
• Represent Almost Family at provider fairs and regional center meetings.
• Identify unmet service needs and support new service lines.
