Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one I/DD care in home and community settings in Indiana. You’ll assist with daily activities, encourage participation in hobbies, and support clients to live safely and independently.

We offer paid trainings, orientation, weekly pay, PTO, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team. Earn up to $19/hr and join a provider dedicated to quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year or more experience with I/DD preferred; training provided.

What You’ll Bring as a I/DD Caregiver - DSP:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• 1 year or more of experience with I/DD preferred. (No experience? We’ll train you—with paid training available!)
