Job summary

ProSidian is actively seeking an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer (DS111) to support SRR Engineering Teams in Aiken, SC. This role requires five years of design experience in the nuclear or process chemical industries with PLCs and DCS expertise, and familiarity with 2D MicroStation CADD.

The engineer will perform field walkdowns, generate design outputs (P&IDs, control logics, loop diagrams, instrument indices, setpoint lists, valve specs), and review vendor documents per SRR processes.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years design experience in the nuclear or process chemical industry.
• Design experience with PLCs and distributed control systems.
• 2D MicroStation CADD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support I&C engineering as part of SRR Engineering Teams.
• Produce design outputs: P&IDs, control logics, loop diagrams, instrument indices, setpoint lists, valve specs, DCS/PLC design, installation layouts, vendor reviews.
