Job summary

Cindavi is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead an integrated team of software and electrical engineers at our Fitchburg campus, with a focus on control systems for medical isotope production facilities. You will mentor a high-skilled group, establish common platforms, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee digital and analog control systems, collaborate across sites to standardize platforms, and support design reviews, releases, and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Computer) or related field.
• 7–10+ years of engineering experience with progression into management.
• Strong electrical engineering competence in power distribution or instrumentation & controls.
• Foundational knowledge of PLC programming and software components.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead a team of I&C and electrical engineers focused on control systems, instruments, and power supply design.
• Mentor engineers in technology, decision making, and ownership of I&C equipment.
• Lead the integration of software and electrical engineering teams to function cohesively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional managers to establish common technology standards and platforms for controls.
• Oversee development of digital and analog control systems, including DCS, PAC/PLC, and DAQ systems.
• Participate in design reviews and releases, prioritize troubleshooting efforts.
• Ensure proper release of documentation and support equipment installation and commissioning.
