Job summary

Pacifico Energy seeks an I&C Construction Manager to oversee instrumentation and controls installation at the Cedar Creek power project. You will represent the owner across EPC activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule.

Responsibilities include overseeing field instrument installation, control system hardware, cable terminations, punch lists, and system walkdowns; requires 12+ years in I&C, 5+ years as owner representative; BS in engineering preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in I&C construction on power or process plants, including supervision
• 5+ years representing an owner over an EPC contractor under a lump-sum contract
• Hands-on with distributed control systems and turbine control interfaces
• Working knowledge of ISA standards and hazardous area installation
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, or equivalent field experience

Cedar Creek is a 1,100 MW simple-cycle gas turbine power project built under a lump-sum EPC contract. As I&C Construction Manager you represent the owner for instrumentation and controls installation across the plant.

Nice To Have

• OSHA 30 — provided by the project after mobilization if you do not hold it.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Procore and AI tools used with human verification.
