Ethereum Technologies seeks an experienced IAM Analyst to manage identity and access across enterprise applications, leading provisioning, access reviews, SSO/MFA, and governance in a fast-paced setting.

You will work with AD/Azure Entra ID, LDAP, and IAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, and CyberArk to strengthen security and regulatory compliance while collaborating with security and IT teams in the United States.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Analyst to manage, support, and enhance enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in user provisioning, access management, authentication, authorization, identity governance, and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage user identities, access provisioning, and de-provisioning across enterprise applications.

Implement and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies and procedures.

Perform user access reviews, entitlement management, and access certifications.

Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federation services.

Support identity lifecycle management, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.

Manage role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC).

Monitor access requests and ensure timely approval and fulfillment.

Work with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), and LDAP.

Support IAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, and CyberArk.

Investigate access-related incidents and troubleshoot authentication issues.

Conduct periodic access audits and maintain compliance with security standards.

Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT operations, and application teams.
