Quantum Technologies. LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced IAM Analyst to manage and enhance enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions. You will handle user provisioning, access management, authentication, and security governance across applications.

The role requires hands-on work with AD, Azure Entra ID, LDAP, SSO/MFA, and IAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, and CyberArk. You will perform access reviews, RBAC/ABAC implementation, and support regulatory compliance

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Analyst to manage, support, and enhance enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in user provisioning, access management, authentication, authorization, identity governance, and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage user identities, access provisioning, and de-provisioning across enterprise applications.

Implement and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies and procedures.

Perform user access reviews, entitlement management, and access certifications.

Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federation services.

Support identity lifecycle management, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.

Manage role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC).

Monitor access requests and ensure timely approval and fulfillment.

Work with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), and LDAP.

Support IAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, and CyberArk.

Investigate access-related incidents and troubleshoot authentication issues.

Conduct periodic access audits and maintain compliance with security standards.

Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT operations, and application teams.

Develop IAM reports, documentation, and access control procedures.

Support SOX, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
