Ethereum Technologies is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise identity and access management solutions. You will lead SailPoint integrations, SSO/MFA implementations, and access governance across on-premises and cloud apps.

The role requires 7+ years in IAM, 4+ years with SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow, and strong governance expertise. Collaboration with security, infra, and development teams is essential.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior IAM Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SailPoint, identity governance, access provisioning, authentication, and authorization, with experience securing enterprise applications and infrastructure.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.

Knowledge of identity lifecycle management and access governance.

Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federation protocols.

Strong understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.

Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure Entra ID.

Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and privileged access management (PAM).

Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or Java.

Understanding of security policies, audit controls, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.

A master's degree in Information Security or Cybersecurity is an added advantage.

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, or relevant IAM credentials are preferred.

Equivalent hands-on IAM engineering experience may be considered.
