Job summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior IAM Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SailPoint, identity governance, access provisioning, authentication, and authorization, with experience securing enterprise applications and infrastructure.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.

Knowledge of identity lifecycle management and access governance.

Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federation protocols.

Strong understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.

Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure Entra ID.

Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and privileged access management (PAM).

Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or Java.

Understanding of security policies, audit controls, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement enterprise IAM architecture and solutions.

Configure and support SailPoint integrations with enterprise applications.

Implement SSO, MFA, and federated authentication solutions.

Manage access certifications, entitlement reviews, and role-based access controls.

Support IAM audits, security assessments, and compliance initiatives.

Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application development teams.

Experience:

7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.

4+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.

Strong experience implementing identity governance and administration solutions.

Practical knowledge of SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.

Experience integrating IAM platforms with enterprise and cloud applications.

Background in IAM troubleshooting, automation, and security compliance.

Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.

A master's degree in Information Security or Cybersecurity is an added advantage.

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, or relevant IAM credentials are preferred.

Equivalent hands-on IAM engineering experience may be considered.
