Job summary

Gurley Leep Hyundai is seeking a Sales Specialist to build rapport with customers and guide them in vehicle purchases in a no-haggle sales environment. You will use strong communication skills to help customers select the right vehicle and negotiate terms to fit their lifestyle and budget.

Your role includes driving customer loyalty by following up to ensure satisfaction and transitioning customers to the Service Department for ongoing needs.

As a sales specialist, you will build rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction by guiding them in their vehicle purchases in our no-haggle sales environment. Using excellent communication and listening skills, you'll help customers select the right vehicle and negotiate payment terms to meet their lifestyle and budget. Lastly, you will drive customer loyalty by following up to make sure their experience is top-notch and help transition customers to the Service Department for their vehicle needs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years prior automotive sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record
