Job summary

AutoFair Hyundai is seeking Entry Level Sales Associates to join our team. You will engage customers, demonstrate vehicles, and guide them to the right purchase with consultative selling.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong communication, a neat appearance, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays; a valid driver’s license and clean record are required for vehicle test drives.

Responsibilities:

• Nurture relationships to build customers for life.
• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
• Know the in's and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure successful referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities and analyses.
• Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
