Service — Huntington Hyundai Genesis · Huntington, NY

We've been servicing Hyundai longer than anyone else in New York State. We need more techs on the lifts.

If you're an experienced Hyundai, Genesis, or Kia tech tired of flat-rate starvation, parts that never show up, and dispatch that punishes your hustle, keep reading.

If you're a hungry trainee with tools, a clean license, and the drive to out-work the shop, also keep reading. We'll pay for the training.

The Shop:

• A/C and heated. Year-round comfort, not just lip service.
• Steady volume. Hyundai and Genesis service demand on Long Island is real, and we don't spread it thin.
• Fair dispatch. Work is distributed to keep every lift earning, not to feed favorites.
• Factory diagnostic equipment and current scan tools (GDS, J2534).
• Organized parts department on-site. Special orders that actually move.

The Pay

Straight flat rate. No caps, no games. In 2025, our shop average was $120K, with earnings as high as $220K.

• No guarantee — our techs don't ask for one. The volume is real and the numbers above are what it pays.
• Banded by level: oil tech, C, B, A, Master. Move up the ladder, the rate moves with you.
• Paid Hyundai and Genesis OEM training. Every cert moves your hourly rate.
• EV and hybrid certification funded. Ioniq and Electrified GV volume is growing — get paid to own it.

Two Tracks

Experienced. You've worked on Hyundai, Genesis, or Kia. You know the platforms — Ioniq 5/6, GV60, GV70/80, EV6, Theta, Smartstream. You've got ASE or factory certs. You want a long-term home where your skill compounds, not another stepping stone.

Trainee. You're a C tech, lube tech, or sharp graduate out of trade school. You don't have the cert wall yet, but your work ethic does the talking. We fund the training. You bring the attitude.

• NYS Inspector license is a plus. We'll pay for it if you don't have one.
