Next Matter is seeking an M&P Program Support Manager in Torrance, California. This role involves managing the planning, execution, and delivery of qualification testing for aeronautic materials within a hypersonic vehicle program. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in aerospace materials engineering, qualification testing, or program management.
• 6+ years of experience preferred in the same fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&P program support team, managing personnel and priorities.
• Define test plans and certification pathways for materials and processes used in the vehicle.
• Drive execution of qualification testing, ensuring data quality and compliance.
