Job summary

Pow.bio is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Torrance, CA to support critical component development for hypersonic strike vehicles. The role requires overseeing production and working closely with engineering teams to refine processes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2+ years of related experience. Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of manufacturing, fabrication, assembly or testing experience or heavy involvement in extra‑curricular design teams at the university level.

Responsibilities

• Lead day to day production of mechanisms such as the Castelion separation system and Launchers.
• Develop process and factory design to transition from development to production rates of 1000s of units per year.
• Create, maintain and communicate detailed plans and schedules.
• Work closely with supply chain to develop new and existing suppliers.
