Castelion seeks an M&P Program Support Manager to lead qualification testing for a hypersonic vehicle program, owning strategy, test execution, and certification readiness for government customers.

The role requires strong program leadership, aerospace qualification knowledge, and the ability to integrate engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to meet schedule and cost targets. On-site work in California is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in aerospace materials engineering, qualification testing, or program management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead qualification campaigns and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&P program support team to ensure successful qualification scope execution.
• Define end-to-end qualification strategy and certification pathways for materials and processes.
• Oversee internal and external test campaigns with data quality and traceability.
• Interface with program leadership and government stakeholders on M&P matters.
• Coordinate with vehicle engineering, manufacturing, flight sciences, and quality teams.
