Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Configuration Analyst to support the NSWC Crane Hypersonic Systems Engineering Team in developing and implementing Configuration Management processes, authoring documentation, and applying CM best practices for a hypersonic developmental program. The role involves heavy interface with government and prime contractor stakeholders, managing baselines, and ensuring data package accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of CM experience.
• Experience with Product Life Cycle Management and Data Management tools.
• DoD Acquisition program experience and interim clearance to start.

Responsibilities

• Assist CM lead in formulating CM strategy for the CPS program and HWIL environment.
• Maintain configuration baselines (Functional, Allocated, Product) for assigned systems.
• Coordinate with logistics, engineering, and program management to reflect changes in technical data packages.
• Perform configuration audits (FCAs/PCAs) and generate status reports.
