Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Colorado is seeking a Project Engineer to lead and manage technical performance across multiple CPS-related programs within the TSWS Production group. You will guide test planning, hardware readiness, and end-item delivery while coordinating with T&E teams and customers.

Responsibilities include driving strategy to meet milestones, managing demand planning, and communicating status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Understanding of project fundamentals and processes such as schedules, budgets, and/or risks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Eligibility and willingness to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance – U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating complex technical projects across multiple functional and support teams.
• Leading T&E proposal responses including internal kickoffs and program meetings to communicate expectations.
• Creating strategies to meet difficult schedule milestones with limited resources.
• Developing and controlling demand planning processes related to material and communicating demand.
• Forecasting deliverables and coordinating with stakeholders and customers.
• Providing timely plans and status updates to team leaders and program management.
