Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Colorado is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager for Flight Test Projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams from proposal through flight test execution, coordinating design disciplines, flight sciences, and Navy customer interactions to deliver mission-critical capabilities.

This role requires an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top-Secret, US citizenship, and a track record of managing complex programs, driving cost, schedule, and technical

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple Systems Engineering domains.
• Experience leading technical, multi-discipline teams.
• Active Secret Clearance; ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams for proposal, planning, systems integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and overall project execution from RB development through flight test execution and results assessment.
• Coordinate employee recruitment, selection, and training.
• Defined work scope expectations and resource loading.
• Develop and coach employees; complete performance assessment related to salary/recognition, and coordinate disciplinary actions with HR.
