Job summary

Lockheed Martin in the United States is seeking a Project Engineer to lead and manage the TPSW Production efforts for CPS. You will oversee planning, tracking, and execution of multiple projects within the Test & Evaluation organization, including hardware readiness, certification, and end-item delivery.

You will coordinate across cross-functional teams, drive strategy to meet deadlines, and communicate progress to stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications

• Understanding of project fundamentals and processes such as schedules, budgets, and/or risks.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Eligibility and willingness to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance - U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex technical projects across multiple functional and support teams.
• Lead T&E proposal responses including internal kickoffs and program meetings to communicate expectations to the team.
• Create strategies to meet difficult schedule milestones with limited resources.
• Develop, implement, and control demand planning processes related to material processes.
• Forecast long- and short-term deliverables and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Provide timely plans, status, and insights to team leaders, program management, and customers.
