Job summary

Mach-20 is seeking a Technical Advisor to provide critical expertise on national hypersonic missile programs, directly supporting high-priority systems and influencing technical direction.

You will oversee missile development lifecycle, guide flight and ground testing, coordinate across government and industry partners, and produce executive-ready briefings and reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Materials, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of missile development or related systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and guidance throughout missile development lifecycle, including solicitation, procurement, design, analysis, testing and manufacturing
• Guide technical activities related to flight testing, ground testing, and systems engineering trade studies
• Drive resolution of complex technical issues across aero, materials, and systems integration
• Liaise between government and industry partners to ensure technical alignment and program success
• Generate written and graphical content for technical progress, challenges, and risk mitigation strategies. Brief senior leadership
