Job summary

Professional Teleconcepts seeks a Foreman to lead on-site ISP network audits and remediation within hyperscaler data centers. You will manage audit crews, enforce safety, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

You will coordinate with clients, facility reps, and vendors, directing testing and documentation to produce clean, final close-out packages. Heavy travel and long hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Deep knowledge of optic testing, data center protocols, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site data center tech teams to complete ISP network audits and remediation.
• Oversee circuit audits, loopback tests, and issue isolation.
• Supervise testing and validation with OLTS/OTDR; ensure quality.
• Ensure tickets closed and close-out packages prepared.
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety protocols.
• Liaise with client, facility reps, and equipment vendors.
• Prepare daily progress reports and manage crew schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional improvements with management.
