Job summary

Instrata seeks a hands-on Foreman to lead field teams on hyperscale data center construction in Chandler, AZ. You’ll coordinate crews, monitor safety, and ensure installations meet design specs, quality standards, and schedule goals.

Responsibilities include supervising structured cabling, OSP/ISP, splicing, security, and BDA/DAS systems; mentoring staff, maintaining client communications, and driving continuous improvement on the job site.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of data center or critical infrastructure construction experience.
• 2–4 years in a Foreman or Lead Technician role.
• Deep knowledge of structured cabling, OSP/ISP, and low-voltage systems.
• BICSI Technician certification required; RCDD or OSP Specialist preferred.
• Understand Division 27/28 standards, QA/QC procedures, and documentation control.

Responsibilities

• Own the Job Site and coordinate with site management.
• Lead the team to deliver safe, high-quality installations per drawings and specs.
• Plan, schedule, and mobilize manpower, tools, and materials daily.
• Promote safety with toolbox talks and PPE compliance.
• Oversee testing, labeling, and documentation with QA/QC.
• Communicate progress with Project Managers, GCs, and clients.
