Job summary

Vertiv Corporation seeks a Director Solution Architect, Hyperscale Power to serve as the primary technical partner for a strategic hyperscale customer. You will own end-to-end power architecture from concept to deployment, align with product roadmaps, and influence future data center cooling and electrical systems.

You will collaborate with Global Account Directors, Power and Rack Solution Architects, and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into differentiated Vertiv solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience leading architecture and technical solution development for large-scale power infrastructure deployments.
• Deep expertise in data center thermal architectures and operations (cooling, DX, liquid cooling, CDU, controls).
• Demonstrated success partnering with hyperscale customer engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer engineering, infrastructure and design leaders as Vertiv's primary technical advisor for power architecture decisions.
• Own the customer's end-to-end power architecture strategy from concept through deployment.
• Lead development of future-state thermal architectures and scalable reference designs with customer teams.
• Translate customer roadmaps into system requirements, reference architectures and design principles.
• Coordinate design reviews and critical technical decisions across Vertiv and customer stakeholders.
