The role involves hands-on racking, cabling, and troubleshooting in a 24x7, high-availability facility, with responsibilities spanning hardware upgrades, warranty coordination, spare-parts management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve deployment efficiency and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Hands-on datacenter experience with servers and network gear.
• Ability to manage hardware upgrades and troubleshooting under high uptime demands.
• Familiarity with GPU hardware and liquid cooling solutions.

Responsibilities

• Installing and maintaining servers and network equipment; rack & stack, cabling, and physical configurations.
• Responding to server, network, and infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate power, cooling, and facility services; escalate outages as needed.
• Diagnose and repair hardware; replace components such as CPUs, memory, drives, and cables.
• Collaborate with warranty vendors to resolve issues promptly.
• Identify efficiency improvements and develop plans to implement them.
• Setup and document spare parts inventory.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve deployment, automation, and monitoring.
• Escalate issues and assist system admins with network, hardware, and Linux troubleshooting.
