Vultr in Kansas City is hiring a Data Center Technician to oversee maintenance and performance of GPU and CPU servers. You’ll be responsible for installing and maintaining equipment, managing server deployments, and resolving technical issues. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience with server and network setups and a strong understanding of GPU hardware. This position offers a salary range of $60,000 to $75,000, alongside comprehensive benefits including paid insurance and professional development reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in a datacenter or similar role.
• Firm understanding of liquid-cooled rack solutions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain servers and network equipment.
• Respond to server and network issues promptly.
• Work with facility staff to ensure cooling and power services are functional.
• Coordinate with warranty technicians for prompt issue resolution.
• Document spare parts inventory and manage supplies.
