Job summary

United Global Technologies seeks an experienced Site Representative to manage on-site operations for hyperscale data center projects nationwide. You will coordinate with OEM partners, client teams, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and integration of electrical and infrastructure systems.

The role requires proactive communication, meticulous documentation, and strong leadership. Travel may be required to project sites; you will oversee installation sequencing, logistics, and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in data center construction, electrical systems, or OEM field representation.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers (Amazon, META, Google, Microsoft, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of HV/MV electrical systems, switchgear, UPS, and PD infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and client-facing skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional meetings and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site representative for UGT and OEM partners, coordinating with client teams and subcontractors.
• Represent OEMs through installation, commissioning, and integration of electrical systems.
• Oversee field activities and ensure materials are received, stored, and installed per spec.
• Maintain site records, meetings, decisions, and action items with regular status updates.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project requirements and standards.
