Job summary
Crusoe is expanding hyperscale data center infrastructure in the United States and seeks a Project Safety Advisor to lead health, safety, and environmental programs during critical construction phases. You will own safety performance across large workforce ramp-ups and heavy equipment operations, partnering with construction leadership and contractors to deliver safe, scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- 5+ years in heavy industrial construction safety.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction or OSHA 510; First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
Responsibilities
- Own site-wide health, safety, and environmental programs for hyperscale data center projects.
- Perform daily walkthroughs focused on high‑risk activities like trenching, crane operations, and scaffolding.
- Audit prime contractor safety programs and lead weekly safety leadership meetings.
- Establish and maintain emergency response plans and medical response procedures.
