Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience supporting structural steel projects in industrial or data center environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of steel detailing, fabrication, erection, and associated building systems.
• Experience with document control, quantity takeoffs, submittals, RFIs, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a robust document control process to ensure the latest revisions are used.
• Perform accurate cost estimating and quantity takeoffs for structural steel components.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
