Job summary

ENFRA LLC in the United States seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee data center construction projects valued at $50M+. You will manage costs, field labor, and subcontractors while ensuring safe, on-time completion under budget.

You will lead meetings, coordinate with vendors, manage accounts payable/receivable, ensure compliance, and drive change management. Travel 0–15% and a 6-day work week are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in large ($50+M) hyperscale data center construction.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related technical discipline or 10+ years of Project Management experience working for a mechanical subcontractor in the areas of commercial HVAC and Plumbing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment through site planning with job hazard analysis reviews and approvals, on-site toolbox talks, and site walks with the project team.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal legal requirements.
• Conduct and document operational project meetings (Hand-Off Meeting, Kick-Off Meeting, etc.).
• Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor agreements in alignment with project estimates.
• Evaluate submittals to ensure they reflect the contract drawings, specifications.
• Coordinate QA/QC with appropriate personnel to meet requirements.
• Manage coordination of project scope through BIM with QA personnel and supervision.
• Perform financial setup of the project including equipment, labor, materials, and subcontracts.
• Conduct monthly project cost reviews and keep team informed to beat schedule and budget.
• Manage Accounts Receivable by developing schedule of value for payments.
• Manage Accounts Payable with Accounting and Legal to ensure timely payments and mitigate risks.
• Obtain and coordinate lien waivers, tax docs, and permits.
• Ensure budget and scope alignment through change management.
• Attend site meetings, schedule deliveries, review labor reports, track RFI, assist with permitting and inspections, approve invoices, compile status reports.
• Build relations with internal teams, customer, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor Risk Management items (Notices to Proceed, changes, insurance, bonds).
• Close-out documents including O&M manuals, start-up docs, as-builts, warranties, and training items.
• Manage warranty work falling within contractual obligations, if applicable.
• Coordinate start-up and commissioning with project team, subcontractors, customer.
