Jacobs is seeking an experienced Construction MEP Project Manager for an on-site role in Spartanburg, SC. You will lead planning, coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and critical systems for hyperscale data center construction.

Expect collaboration with owners, design teams, and vendors to ensure safe, reliable delivery. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in complex MEP projects and strong knowledge of mission-critical

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Building Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience on complex MEP construction projects.
• Minimum 5 years in mission-critical, industrial, or data center projects.

Mansioni

• Lead all MEP aspects of hyperscale data center projects from design review through turnover and commissioning.
• Coordinate MEP construction activities with project schedule and sequencing plans.
• Manage relationships with owners, design consultants, general contractors, MEP contractors, equipment vendors, and utility providers.
• Provide leadership during all project phases including preconstruction, procurement, installation, startup, commissioning, and closeout.
• Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and design changes; monitor productivity, quality, and schedule performance.
