Job summary

ROSS Consultancy USA is recruiting an MEP Coordinator to support a hyperscale data center program in Goodyear, Arizona. This is a site-based role supporting the General Contractor project team and MEP trade partners, from installation through inspection and commissioning.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction with an MEP exposure, an engineering or construction management degree, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial construction with an MEP or building controls contractor, general contractor, or commissioning agency.
• Degree in mechanical, electrical, engineering, or construction management, or equivalent site experience.
• Good working knowledge of building systems and critical facilities such as data centers, hospitals, airports, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP/F trade partners through installation, inspection, and the commissioning process.
• Review drawings, submittals, shop drawings, and specifications for constructability, coordination, and compliance.
• Support the project commissioning plan and Cx schedule, tracking against CPM milestones.
• Track testing and certification requirements for each piece of equipment through the project's commissioning software platform.
• Carry out and document MEP/F equipment inspections, logging issues and driving them through to close-out.
• Attend and support coordination and Cx meetings, reporting on sequencing, constraints, and open issues.
