Job summary

EPC Project Management Consulting, LLC seeks an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager/Commissioning Manager to lead the mechanical scope on hyperscale data center developments. You will manage on-site activities, coordinate with owners, GCs, engineers, and trades to deliver safe, on-time facilities meeting design intent.

This role emphasizes leadership, BIM coordination, and hands-on commissioning support through startup and turnover, with a relocation package to Colorado City, TX on offer.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical construction management on large data center or similar projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, chilled water plants, piping and mechanical infra.
• Experience coordinating multi-trade construction activities and managing subs.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site mechanical construction from pre-construction to completion.
• Manage HVAC, chilled water, piping and related systems through subs.
• Coordinate with PM, engineering, electrical, civil, and commissioning teams.
• Monitor schedules, identify risks, and mitigate to hit milestones.
• Support startup, turnover, commissioning, and closeout.
