Job summary

Salute is seeking a Critical Facility Manager in Atlanta to oversee data center electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems, ensuring peak efficiency and 100% uptime. You will coordinate on-site CFEs and vendors, manage maintenance programs and emergency responses.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will develop playbooks, SOPs, and lifecycle plans using CMMS, lead safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement in operations for hyperscale clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of directly related experience with data center critical equipment and building systems.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and fire/life safety systems.
• Proficient in using CMMS, AutoCAD, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations of critical facility equipment to ensure 100% uptime.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance, corrective actions, and emergency response.
• Lead and mentor CFEs and vendors, ensuring adherence to Playbook and EHS policies.
• Develop SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and lifecycle plans in CMMS.
• Track KPIs and report performance to Site Director.
