Job summary

LINX, based in Denver, CO, seeks a Mission Critical/Hyperscale Data Center Estimator to support sales with bid responses and complete cost estimates for network cabling systems. You will collaborate with sales, PMs, and engineers to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of proposals, while reviewing drawings and specifications to inform estimates and documentation.

The role requires 3–5 years of data center cabling estimation experience, strong Excel and Bluebeam proficiency, and the ability to

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience estimating network cabling projects (Datacenters).
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Bluebeam Revu (or similar).
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings, specifications and other project documents.
• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple estimates concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for network cabling systems, including materials, labor, expenses (travel, parking, tooling, etc).
• Support the development of bid proposals in alignment with project budgets and timelines.
• Review basic project documents to understand scope of work, create scope of work documents for customers and operations.
• Collaborate with sales, project managers and engineers to ensure estimates meet project needs and provide organized documentation.
