Job summary

Black Box is seeking a Data Center Delivery Leader to oversee strategic leadership, execution, and profitability of large-scale data center programs for hyperscale and enterprise clients. You will interface with clients and coordinate engineering, project management, field services, supply chain, and support teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and superior client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Total career experience of 10+ years.
• 10+ years of project management experience including 8+ years in program management.
• Proven track record leading at least three programs valued at $100M+ each.
• Experience directing matrixed teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary executive interface for clients, aligning scope, schedule, risks, and expectations.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of hyperscale and large-scale data center programs including day-2 operations.
• Develop and govern multiyear program roadmaps and governance structures.
• Own P&L, revenue forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for assigned programs.
• Mentor project managers and cross-functional delivery teams and promote continuous improvement.
