Job summary

Oracle in Shackelford, Texas is seeking a Lead Principal Data Center Construction Manager to provide senior field leadership for hyperscale AI data center delivery. You will lead Construction Managers and drive safe, high-quality execution across multiple buildings, aligning with aggressive milestones.

This onsite role requires 90–95% field engagement and relocation consideration. Candidates should have 10+ years in construction leadership on complex facilities and 5+ years directing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience on large-scale projects.
• 10+ years managing construction execution on complex facilities.
• 5+ years leading Construction Managers and field teams.
• Experience delivering hyperscale data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, QA/QC and field coordination.
• Proven ability to lead multiple contractors in fast-track programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution across multiple buildings and systems from start to finish.
• Direct managers responsible for buildings and trade disciplines.
• Drive safe, on-time, high-quality execution with accountability.
• Coordinate with GC, EPC, subcontractors and partners on strategy.
• Lead daily field meetings, plan execution, and schedule recovery.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and turnover readiness across sites.
• Identify risks and develop proactive mitigation plans.
• Support commissioning and startup turnover with teams.
• Provide accurate field status and recovery recommendations.
