Job summary

LINX is seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager for nationwide hyperscale builds. This full-time travel role requires ownership of schedules, budgets, and crews across long-term projects, with home time about once a month.

You will lead kickoff meetings, adapt plans for site conditions, and manage procurement, vendor relations, and staffing. A four-year degree and PMP/BICSI certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing large-scale hyperscale data center construction projects or 3+ years of general commercial construction project management with direct ownership of a $1–$3 million budget
• 5+ years in a construction leadership role or equivalent labor management experience
• Available for 100% travel to project sites nationwide (all travel expenses covered)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff meetings, define schedules, and conduct site walkthroughs with clients and stakeholders at each hyperscale location
• Adapt project plans to site conditions, local labor market, and client requirements on long-term assignments
• Own the full multi-million-dollar project budget, track spend in real time, and flag variances
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure equipment and materials are ordered, received, and staged before start date
• Oversee scheduling, hiring, and performance management of installation technicians
• Track milestones and manage change orders; maintain complete project documentation
• Deliver final project closeout and client training
