Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking an experienced Development Program Manager to lead the design, pre-construction and construction delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data center projects across multi-building campuses. You will manage budgets, schedules and executive-level reporting while coordinating with Facilities, Operations, MEP, Engineering, Commissioning and Procurement teams.

The role requires 8+ years of construction/project management experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and travel

Qualifications

8+ years' construction/project management experience, preferably in data centers.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Science, or related field.
Experience with Lump Sum, CM-at-Risk or Design-Build delivery models.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and trade management.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, pre-construction and construction delivery of large-scale data center projects.
Manage budgets, schedules, forecasts and executive-level status reporting.
Develop campus master plans and capital budgets.
Coordinate with Facilities, Operations, MEP teams and Procurement.
Lead OAC meetings and liaise with internal and external delivery partners.
Support due diligence and development planning for new sites.
