Job summary

Meta is seeking a Connectivity Engineer to support the Design Engineering and Construction team at our data centers. You will manage site-level connectivity projects from kickoff through turnover, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and global partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, governance, and rigorous adherence to safety and quality standards in a mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in project management.
• Experience engaging and guiding stakeholders.
• Experience providing solutions to construction related problems.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and report on site projects and programs.
• Review ongoing projects for schedule, budget efficiencies, and cross-functional support.
• Forecast and share project status with upstream/downstream teams.
• Establish milestones for equipment purchases and assist with selecting contractors for cabling work.
• Report progress and risks to key stakeholders on site projects.
• Coordinate pre-project planning, handoffs, and design delivery to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead safe working practices and ensure compliance with DEC safety standards.
