Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead hyperscale and CSP market expansion, bridging hardware expertise with operational excellence. You will manage large-scale account demands, forecasts, and strategic partnerships to ensure top-tier service delivery.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Engineering, Product, and Finance, requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills. On-site work in Santa Clara is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hardware or semiconductor sectors.
• Understanding of procurement cycles and large-scale deployment challenges for hyperscale CSPs.
• Ability to track long-tail projects and manage cross-functional dependencies; background in Ops/PM is a plus.
• Proficient in Salesforce data management and forecast impact on manufacturing.
• Strong analytical capabilities to synthesize complex data for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational partner for large-scale hyperscale accounts and manage multi-year hardware forecasts.
• Coordinate between Supply Chain, Engineering, Product, Operations, and Finance to align specs and delivery timelines with customer needs.
• Collaborate with server ODM and rack integration partners to ensure customer success.
• Proactively identify and pursue new commercial opportunities while growing existing client partnerships.
• Work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies when not on PTO or travel.
