Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing scalable distributed systems for hyperscale workloads.
• Proven ability to architect fault-tolerant, in-service-upgradable platforms.
• Strong telemetry, KPIs, and SLO-aligned durability and availability standards.
• Experience with IaC, automated patching, updates, and rollback strategies.

Responsibilities

• Architect and mentor teams on highly scalable distributed architectures.
• Identify and remove performance bottlenecks for hyperscale workloads.
• Define resilience mechanisms, load shedding, throttling, rate limiting.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and operational readiness.
• Develop replication/synchronization strategies and advanced security controls.
