Job summary

ARCO Design/Build in Cincinnati is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead hyperscale construction projects from inception to completion. You will oversee estimating, scheduling, design coordination, and progress reporting.

This role requires 8+ years of PM experience, hyperscale background preferred, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project. Occasional travel or on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Hyperscale experience highly preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors; willingness to travel or be site-based.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage hyperscale project: estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate.
• Work with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Lead proposal meetings to review scope, discuss cost-reduction, and provide value engineering ideas.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly on-site job meetings.
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to achieve results.
• Commit to quality by evaluating project-related processes.
• Incorporate customer input to meet/exceed expectations.
