ARCO National Construction Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead hyperscale construction projects from inception to completion in Cincinnati. You will oversee estimating, scheduling, quality control, cost reporting, and coordination with owners and design teams to ensure scope is met and value is optimized.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of project management experience, proven budgets and subcontractor oversight, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam or MS Project.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Hyperscale construction experience preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Oversee managerial and administrative aspects of hyperscale projects, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports and billing.
• Ensure accurate and complete project estimates and cost reporting.
• Collaborate with owners and design teams on preliminary concepts and value engineering.
• Oversee buyout, subcontractor selection, and bi-weekly site meetings.
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines and manage multiple activities.

We're adding a Senior Project Manager to lead hyperscale construction projects from inception to completion. A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a hyperscale project. Including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate
• Work closely with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
• Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee the buyout process and the selection of subcontractors
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings on site
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines
• Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
• Commit to quality by evaluating project-related processes
• Make necessary changes, use customer input to make improvements, and meet/exceed internal and external client expectations
• Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and other associates, while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations

Necessary Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience
• Highly prefer hyperscale experience
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Willingness to travel or be site-based as required
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
