Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies in Cincinnati seeks a Project Manager to lead hyperscale construction projects from inception to completion. You will manage estimates, schedules, safety and subcontractor performance while coordinating with owners and design teams to optimize value.

The role requires 3–8+ years of PM experience, familiarity with Procore/Bluebeam/MS Project, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–8+ years of project management experience.
• Hyperscale project experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee managerial and administrative aspects of a hyperscale project.
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate.
• Coordinate with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Participate in the proposal meeting to review scope, cost-saving ideas.
• Oversee the buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly on-site meetings.
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Organize and manage multiple activities to achieve results.
• Commit to quality by evaluating processes.
• Incorporate customer input to meet/exceed expectations.
