Job summary

Legacy Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager - QC/Connectivity to lead QA/QC for connectivity and low-voltage infrastructure on hyperscale data center projects. You will oversee field inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with contract documents and owner quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in connectivity, telecommunications, low-voltage construction, quality control, field engineering, or construction management.
• Strong understanding of structured cabling and fiber infrastructure.
• Experience reviewing drawings, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with testing, labeling, and turnover requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities for connectivity and low-voltage scopes throughout all phases of construction.
• Perform field inspections of structured cabling, fiber-optic infrastructure, pathways, supports, telecommunications spaces, racks, cabinets, and associated connectivity installations.
• Verify work complies with contract documents, approved submittals, manufacturer requirements, project specifications, applicable codes and standards, and owner quality requirements.
• Review connectivity drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, installation details, and testing requirements.
• Coordinate with project leadership, connectivity superintendents, subcontractors, commissioning teams, client representatives, and other trades to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspection reports, deficiency logs, test results, turnover documentation, and other quality records.
