Bitdeer is seeking a Director of AI Data Center Integration to lead the integration and commissioning of advanced AI infrastructure. This role requires extensive experience in data center operations and program management to ensure successful deployment of next-generation AI data centers.

The ideal candidate will excel at leading multidisciplinary teams, managing vendor relationships, and driving operational excellence to support the rapid scaling of AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data center operations or systems integration.
• Experience with hyperscale cloud providers preferred.
• Strong executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end integration lifecycle for AI data center builds.
• Drive operational readiness for AI and HPC workloads.
• Build, develop, and lead a high‑performing team of integration engineers.
