Job summary

Bitdeer, a world-leading AI and Bitcoin mining infrastructure company, is seeking a Director, Power Infrastructure to build our global power capability by developing long-term strategy and advancing technical excellence in data center power systems for AI infrastructure expansion.

You will lead utility engagement, site planning and interconnection efforts across regions, set global standards, and partner with Engineering, Construction, Operations, Government Relations and Business Development to

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading power infrastructure strategy and grid interconnection for large-scale data centers.
• Proven ability to build relationships with utilities, regulators and stakeholders.
• Deep technical expertise in data center electrical design and power systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop Bitdeer's global power infrastructure strategy and roadmap.
• Lead utility, transmission and regulatory engagement for new power opportunities.
• Support site selection and power infrastructure planning for AI data centers.
• Provide guidance on grid access, interconnection, substations and transmission planning.
• Provide technical leadership on data center electrical design and power systems.
• Research emerging technologies to support long-term AI infrastructure strategy.
• Serve as power infrastructure expert supporting engineering, delivery and decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Construction, Operations, Government Relations and Business Development to deliver power infrastructure.
• Build global standards, frameworks and best practices for power infrastructure.
• Advise senior leadership with independent insights on investments and engineering decisions.
