Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Lead Business Analyst to manage Hyperion Planning and Essbase initiatives. You will oversee development, testing, and deployment of planning and reporting solutions, partnering with FP&A, Tax, HR and other teams globally.

You will lead onsite/offshore resources, ensure timely delivery, and balance development with operational support and management reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Hyperion Planning and Essbase in complex environments.
• Ability to lead onshore/offshore teams and manage stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, test and implement Hyperion planning/Essbase apps and reports.
• Provide business support for budgeting, forecasting, profitability analytics and reporting.
• Monitor system performance and drive improvements.
• Lead small to medium projects with business and tech partners.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, HR and other Mastercard groups.
