Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Hyperbaric Safety Director to oversee safe operation of hyperbaric chambers, administer treatments, and maintain equipment. You will ensure compliance with CMS, NFPA 99 and hospital policies while leading safety initiatives.

You will mentor staff, conduct safety drills, review incidents, and coordinate with the medical team to optimize patient care in a fast-paced wound care environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS/CPR certification and HBO safety training as applicable.
• Healthcare professional license as required by state practice.
• CHT/CHS certification preferred or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Perform hyperbaric chamber operator duties and administer HBO as prescribed.
• Monitor chamber equipment and patient responses during sessions.
• Maintain accurate daily treatment records and safety logs.
• Lead hyperbaric safety program activities and quarterly drills.
• Collaborate with medical staff and facility management to ensure safety and compliance.
